The key to maximizing the quality of finished parts is to ensure that they are conditioned and protected between processing stages and during post-production shipping and storage. CLC Tek Series (56 X)
Oil base, solvent base, water base and VpCi technology products to prevent corrosion in virtually any environment/application
Solvent based rust preventative, which leaves a light protective film, designed for indoor protection
Provides up to 1 year of indoor protection
Has water displacement properties, for use on parts directly after grinding or machining operations
Ideally suited for protection of in process parts, which are wet with synthetic grinding coolants or soluble oils
CLC Draw Series (TS 40)
Light viscosity punching, drawing and stamping lubricant
Vanishing oil that will protect dies from wear with a synthetic lubricity agent, yet will evaporate almost completely
Contains no dyes, sulfur or chlorine and is safe on metals
Dip, wipe, brush, spray or flow on metal prior to operation
Chem Finish HX 65
Chlorine and sulfur-free grinding oil developed for carbide grinding applications
Low-viscosity oil with high oxidative stability
Lubricity additives will keep the part cool and prevent oil burns while the high quality basestocks and additives will allow for extended runs without fluid replacement
Will help extend the life of the grinding wheel, and can also be used as a multi-metal grinding oil, as well as a cutting oil for light-duty applications
Rust Preventatives
With an extensive range of solvent, aqueous, and light oil based rust preventatives, we are well equipped to tackle your surface protection needs. With low odor and high flash point options, safety and operator acceptance are kept paramount. Drawing Oils
